Short Interval: 10 x 100 hill sprints. Rest 45 sec between each.
Long Interval: 800m-1200m-1600m-1200m-800m. Rest 3 minutes between
Stamina: 3 mile all out, Rest 4 min. 2 miles @ 90%, Rest 2 min. 1 mile all out.
