This weeks Endurance WODS:
Short Interval: Death by 10 meters; 10m 1st minute, 20 m 2nd minute 30m 3rd minute, etc. Continue untill you can’t complete the distance in the minute.
Long Interval: 2 Rounds: Run 100m EMOM (every minute, on the minute) for 8 minutes, rest 4 minutes
Stamina: 5 minutes run, 2:30 rest; 6 minutes run, 3:00 rest; 7 minutes run, done.
