Short Interval: 1/2 Tabata Run @ 70-80% effort (8 Rounds 20 sec on, 10 sec off)
Long Interval: 7 Rounds of 2 minutes on, 1 minute off
Stamina: 40 minute Tempo run @ 80% effort
