
This weeks’ Endurance WODS:
Run
Short Interval: Death by 10 meters; run 10m the 1st minute, 20m the 2nd minute, 30m the 3rd minute and on untill you can’t complete the distance within that minute. You’ll be “dead”.
Long Interval: 4 X 1000m; Rest 2 minutes between intervals. Keep intervals within 5 seconds of fastest effort.
Stamina: 9 minute time trial
