Short Interval: 10 x 100m hill sprints. Rest 45 sec on descent.
Long Interval: 6 x 400m with 2 minutes rest. Do not deviate more than 3 seconds from fastest 400 time.
Stamina: Easy 90 minute run. Record Distance.
