This weeks’ Endurance WODS:

Short Interval: 2 X 800m with 1 min rest between;

Rest 3 min

1 mile Time Trial

Rest 3 min

2 X 800m with 1 min rest between

Long Interval:  5 minutes on, 2:30 rest; 6 minutes on, 3:00 rest; 7 minutes on, done

Stamina:  30 minute Tempo run at 80% effort
