Rowing Weight Adjustment Calculator– Formula to normalize row times for body weight differences.  Heavier rowers=more drag in the water, lighter rowers=less drag in the water.  This doesn’t happen on the rower.  This calculator compensates to make row times more accurate to real life rowing.
