WOD:  Push that heavy-ass weight off of your chest, welcome it back and push it off again.  Do this until you are nice and pumped up.  Then:

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

25 ft. Single arm overhead walking lunges

7 single arm hang power snatches

Switch arms each round.
