POOL WOD:        Warm up with easy 200 yd. swim then

                                2 Rounds For Time:

                                10 Burpees

                                100 yd. swim

                                10 pool muscle ups

                                100 yd. swim

                                10 underwater forward rolls

                                100 yd. swim

                                20 squats

                                50 yd. underwater swim

WARM UP:         2 laps dolly drag

                                10 pull ups

                                10 over head press

                                20 squats

                               

WOD:    “JT”

                21-15-9 Reps for Time of:

                Handstand push ups

                Ring Dips

                Push ups
