Warm up:                            Dolly inch worm 50 ft.

                                                Burpee forward roll 50 ft.

                                                25 Med ball cleans

                                                25 Sit ups

                                                25 Good mornings

 

WOD:   10 Rounds for time of:

                2 Muscle ups

                4 Deadlifts 75% BW

                8 HSPU

                16 Box jumps 24”

 

A few bad asses chipping away at it

 

 

Nich dug deep and overcame an 8 hour food fast to finish.  Very inspiring.

Renee always brings it!
