Warm up:            5 minutes double under practice

                                2 Rope ascents

                                20 Sit up wall balls

 

WOD:   8 Rounds of:

Run 200 m

Rest 3 minutes

OR

Row 250 m

Rest 3 minutes

These are all-out, everything you have efforts.  You should be ready to collapse at the end of each run or row.
