Warm up:            Spin

                                Jump

                                Skip

                                Slosh pipe walk

                                Tire flip

                                Hurdles

                                One foot hop

                                Pull ups

                                Bear crawl

 

WOD:    For time as a team do:

50 Renegade Man makers #25/15

                2000 m Row

                50 Wall balls #20/14

                25 Pull ups (each)

Farmers carry/Med ball carry 200 ft.

Partner A is doing reps/rowing while Partner B is on the Farmers/Med Ball carry.  When Partner B returns they switch positions.  Continue this cycle finishing all reps before starting the next movement.
