Warm up:            20 sit ups

                                1 round of Cindy

                                20 levers

                                1 round of Cindy                              

                                20 flutters

 

Skill:       Deadlift 5x5x5

 

WOD:  3 Rounds for time of:

                200 m Run          

                20 KBS #53/35   

                1 Rope ascent

 One word:  Super Bad Ass!!!  Tristen is hands down, the toughest on our team right now.  This is only FOUR! 4!!! WEEKS!!! from giving birth to little William and she is already throwing down.  Of course she only took two weeks off just before the birth.  Respect.
