Warm up:            High knee jump rope 2 minutes

                                Dynamic Stretching 3 minutes

 

WOD: “Orange”

Make up CF Total

Great front squat Renee.

The rower has a stealthy sniper-like pain inflicting method.  It’s great!!!

Will totally dominated the rower, but after, the rower bites him back.  It’s a strange phenomenon.  Nice Work!

The squats got ones legs warmed up a little

Nich made up his CrossFit Total and went super big.  Check out that intensity!!!!  That’s right Fight!  Great strength gains are being made right along with work capacity and flexibilty.  Thanks for the hard work everybody!
