Warm up:            100 Step ups

                                100 ft. dolly drag

                                50 sit ups

                                50 levers

                                50 flutters 2 count

                                5 strict pull ups

                                5 ring dips

                                Mobility

 

WOD:    5 Rounds of 3 minute AMRAP

                8 Air squats

                7 Box Jumps 20”

                6 Push ups

1 minute rest between rounds

 

 

 

Congratulations to Daniel for finishing second this past weekend at a very big amateur MX race. He earned advancement to the Regional Qualifier.  This is a great accomplishment!  He’s competing at a National Level in a very competative class.  Give him high five when you see him.
