Warm up:            5 minute jump rope practice

                                10 push ups

                                10 sit ups

                                10 lunges each leg

                                20 SDHP

                                1 rope ascent

 

WOD:    4 Rounds for time of:

                Row 500m or Run 400 + 10 SDHP

                Farmers Carry 200m #53/35
