Warm Up:           6 laps of run and pass pvc with partner

                                6 laps frog leap and squat aka “lava monster”

                                6 laps of med ball toss and chase

                                6 laps of lateral walking plank

 

WOD:    4 Rounds for max reps in 1 minute of each:

                Deadlift #75

                Squat Clean #75

                Push press #75

Rest
