Warm up:            3 forward rolls

                                30 ft. bear crawl

                                4 lateral hops

                                1 dot drill each leg

                                50 ft. back pedal

                                100 ft. sprint

                                5 tire hops

                                5 cartwheels

                                5 plank walk ups each arm

 

WOD:    12 minute AMRAP with a partner do:

                Partner A- 5 WB

                Partner A and B-5 Passes

                Partner B- 5 WB

                Partner A and B-10 Sit ups           

 

Food:    Zone stuff

 

Games WOD:     10 minute AMRAP

                                30 Double unders

                                15  Power snatches  75/55

 

Scaled Games WOD:       10 minute AMRAP

                                                30 Tuck jumps

                                                15 Power snatches 65/45
