REST DAY!
Thanks everyone for another awesome week in the box! Thanks also to those who particitpated in Saturday’s events. It was a great time. We encourage all of you to try to make it in for Saturday’s competition at noon. The Open Qualifiers have been pushed back one week by CrossFit HQ due to an onslaught of IT difficulties with the online registration. So, we are along for the ride and also extending the 6 week event another week. Please try to participate! Bring some friends, bring in family to cheer for you! The experience of knowing you are “competing” seems to draw an extra effort out of yourself. It’s very common for PR’s and eye opening efforts to happen in the moment of competition, character gets shaped and it’s always a learning experience. Theodore Roosevelt said it best:
“It is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better.
