Warm up:            5 minutes Double under practice

                                20 Wall balls

                                20 Knees to elbows        

                                20 Over and under drill

 

WOD:    For time do:

                70 Burpees

                60 Sit ups

                50 KBS

                40 Pull ups

                30 HSPU

 

CrossFit main site WOD for today, just in case you didn’t get enough HSPU and burpees yesterday…  Good Times!
