WOD:   5 Rounds for time:

                30 KBS

                15 Pull ups

                250m Row

                1 Rope ascent

Durability:  100 sit ups

                      100 bicycles

 

Christina knocked out the WOD dang fast.

Peyton cheers on Susan.  Great work, both of you!  Team-mate encouragement is mandatory here.
