WARM UP:         100 ft. Dolly Drag

                                100 ft. bear crawl

                                20 squats

                                20 sit ups

                                20 knees-to-elbows

                                5 pull ups

                                10 push ups

                                Burgener warm up

 

WOD:    For Time:

                150 Double Unders

                7 Muscle ups

                50 Lunges

                5 Muscle Ups

                50 Lunges

                3 Muscle Ups

                50 Lunges

                Power clean for max reps  #95/65

 

The clock stops when you drop the bar after your last power clean.
