AM Pool WOD:  5 Rounds for time of:

                                With no push offs,

                                Swim 50 yd.

                                2 Dive to the bottom

                                Swim 50 yd.

                                12 pool edge muscle ups

 

Warm up:            Box drills

                                10 Burpee leap frogs

                                10 Poor man’s leg curls

                                20 Russian twists

                                20 Weighted sit ups

                                20 Levers

 

WOD:    10 Rounds for time of:

                100 m Sprints

                90 sec. Rest
