Warm up:            Run 400 m

                                40 Jumping Jacks

                                20 High Knees

                                10 Goblet Squats

                                10 Russian twists

                                10 Weighted sit ups

                                40 ft. Snake push ups

                                40 ft. Bear crawl

 

Skill:       Press

 

WOD:    “Peyton’s 11 minute effort”

                For max reps/calories:

                4 minutes Row

                1 minute rest

                3 minutes Air squats

                1 minute rest

                4 minute Double unders
