Warm up:            Run 800 m or Row 1k

                                20 Squats

                                20 Sit ups

                                10 Push ups

                                Dynamic Stretching

 

WOD:    For time do:

                15, 13, 11, 9, 7, 5, 3, 1 Deadlift @ 50% 1RM

                1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 Pull ups

                30 Double unders between sets
