WARM UP:         2 rounds

Run or Row 400 m

20 squats

20 lunges

10 push ups

20 sit ups

10 HSPU              

 

SKILL:    Back Squat

 

WOD:    30 Muscle Ups for Time

Today four people got their first Muscle Up!  This is a great accomplishment!  Congrats Matt, Jake, Ryan and Nick!  AWESOME JOB!
