200 jump and touch 12” overhead
150 sit ups
100 push ups
75 wall ball shots
And finish with 50 pull ups each partner
One partner performs movement while other partner performs weighted 100 meter run. When the running member returns, partners switch places. Continue sequence until all reps are counted, then start next movement.
