Warm up:            5 minutes step ups

                                5 minutes jump rope practice

                                20 pull ups

                                20 dips

                                20 push ups

                                Dynamic stretching

                                Mobility

 

WOD1:  4 Rounds for time of:

                Run 100 m with KB or DB 44/26

                20 One arm Clean and Jerk KB or DB 44/26

 

WOD2:  4 minute AMRAP

                Squat Clean 65/45

The Ladies.  The harder you push yourselves, the greater the results.  You’ll get exactly out of it what you put into it.  Looks like these two gave it some go.  Good work
