Pool:      3 Rounds for time of:

                50 yd. Back stroke

                100 yd. Breast stroke

                150 yd. Freestyle

 

Warm up:            Row 500 m

                                Dolly drag 50 ft.

                                Burpee broad jump 50 ft.

                                50 Sit ups

                                50 Double unders

                                Mobility

 

Skill:       Press  5/3/1

 

WOD:    13 minute AMRAP

                5 Med ball cleans

                10 Wall Balls #20/14

                15 KBS #53/35

 

 

Virginia threw down tonight! She made Shawn really work for it.
