Warm up:            2 Rounds of:

Run forward 100 m passing med ball to partner

                                Run backwards 100 m passing med ball to partner

                                5 Burpees each time you drop the ball

                                20 Spiderman Jumps

                                30 sec. plank

                                10 Toes to bar

                                Dynamic work

 

WOD:    As a team complete the following for time:

500 Double unders or 500 tuck jumps

                100 Box Jumps

                50 Push ups

                50 Pull ups

                100 DB Thrusters

 

                Partner A: Works

                Partner B: Rests
