WARM UP:         20 front squats

                                50 sit ups

                                Row 750m

                                Burgener  warm up

 

SKILL:    Squat Snatch 2x2x2x2

 

WOD:    3 Rounds for Total Reps:

                Deadlift  #65

                Hang Power Clean

                Push Press

                Rest

1 minute at each movement using one weighted bar.

Great overhead extension Christine!

Meliny threw down today topping a few of the men!  Awesome job!

Some serious work going on here!  Great job guys!  Awesome intensity!
