                                Tabata:  Mt. Climbers

                                            Parallete Jump Through

                                               Medicine Ball hold

                                               Plank/Side plank

                               

WOD:    3 Rounds:

                800 meter run or 1000 meter Row for time

                Rest 3 minutes between rounds
