WARM UP:         10 Rounds of:

                                20 Double Unders

                                10 Wall Balls

                                5 Renegade Rows

                                3 Dips   

                Mobility work

 

SKILL:    Back squat form

 

WOD:    Back Squat

                3x3x3x3

 

Day 1 of the SoCal Regional finished today with Shanon in 5th after the first two WODS.  Awesome job!  Two more days and four WODS to go, you got this!  Keep it up Shanon!  We’ll be cheering you on tomorrow.
