                                20 Sandbag get ups

                                Suicide sprint

                                50 ft. dolly Inch-worm push up

                                10 Arm haulers

                                10 Squats

 

Skill:       Hallow body/Handstands

 

WOD:    AMRAP in 10 minutes:

                5 HSPU

                20 Box jumps 24/20

                10 Ring Dips

Rod has wicked handstand skills!
