Warm up:  3 x Barbell Complex

                     Various Mobility pain…

 

WOD:  For time:

10 Bench Press  (body weight)

2 L-Sit pull ups

8 Bench Press

4 L-Sit pull ups

6 Bench Press

6 L-Sit pull ups

4 Bench Press

8 L-Sit pull ups

2 Bench Press

10 L-Sit pull ups

Today was a nice break for the legs and lungs after the first part of the week.  Some heavy weight and strict movements with body control really challenged some folks.  Great work everybody! 

 

 

Anthony had perfect L-sit pull ups.  This guy couldn’t do a pull-up 6 months ago!!!  Really awesome work Anthony. 

 

 

Meliny set a very fast time today and continues to get stronger.  Great job!

 

 

Ryan knocked out some nice L-sits also.  Great work.
