WARM UP:         5 Rounds of;

                                3 tire flips

                                6 clapping push ups

                                4 lateral jumps

                                2 rounds of:       

                                50 ft burpee broad jump

                                5 toes-to-bar

 

SKILL:    Max height box jump fun!  Go Big!!!

 

WOD:    10 min AMRAP with a partner:

                Partner A:  10 plate cleans  #35/25

                Partner B:  Max burpees

Switch positions after each round.  Score is total Burpees!

Matt going big in the neighborhood of 48″

Susan smashing 27.5″!  That’s what I’m talking about!  A 15.5″ PR!  Alyssa made 27.5″ also, and then cased it major!  Ouch, Dag gonnit we missed the photo op…haha  She appeared to be “planking” the box jump.
