WARM UP:         Dynamic movements

                                20 med ball cleans

 

WOD:    With a partner, for reps per second:

                Partner A) 300m sandbag run while…

                Partner B) max reps at station

                                Rotate places so both teammates complete station, then move to next station

                Station:   1. DB thrusters  #25

                                   2. Sit-ups         

                                   3. DB hang power clean #25

                                   4. Knees to Elbow
