WARM UP:         500m row

                                1 rope climb

                                10 push ups

                                10 dips

                                20 situps

                                20 levers

                                20 hip extensions

                                20 med ball cleans

 

SKILL:    Accumulate 2 min Hollow Body hold

 

WOD:    5 rounds for time of:

                3 L-hang pull ups

                5 HSPU

                10 Pistols
