WOD: Pick a fun activity and get out. Take your significant other on a date, go hiking, cycling, singing, shopping, read a great book, play with your kids, play with your parents, ride a horse, ride a bull, bungee jump, skydive, pick a WOD and do it. You get the idea? This is a “creative day”. Make it good!
