REST DAY

Another Uber-Awesome week everybody!  Another notch in the belt on this 9 Week Challenge.  Keep up the good efforts.  Remember to bring in your nutrition log/journal for review. 

 

The hook grip is essential to heavy oympic lifts.  The undisputable strongest grip for cleans and snatches, practice it, use it.  Get used to it.  At first, your thumb will object, but after a couple sessions it’s no problem.
