Finish up with some light stretching cool down. You guys rocked today. The sprints were very good. Everybody maintained awesome intensity. Tomorrow we are having the usual scheduled times, but a BONUS WOD IN THE MORNING AT THE POOL. Meet us at Apple Valley Aquatic Center and be ready at 0830. They charge $3 to swim. We’ll do some kinda zesty swim WOD. Bonus points for Speedos…less water drag.
