“Reap the rewards”-Look and feel better, sure.  But also think better, smell better, give better, love better, live better, be better.

 

 

SWIM WOD:       For time:

125 yds. Swim

                                5 burpees

                                25 yds. Underwater

                                100 yds. Swim

                                4 burpees

                                25 yds. Underwater

                                75 yds. Swim

                                3 burpees

                                25 yds. Underwater

                                50 yds. swim

                                2 burpees

                                25 yds. Underwater

                                25 yds. Swim

                                1 burpee

                                25 yds. Underwater

 

 

WOD:    2 minute max reps of:

                Squat cleans

 

Beth kicking ass!  The group support was Category 5 Killer today.  It really got loud!  Great job you guys

 

Dani pushing really hard!  Great job fighting for it girl!  Everyone did awesome today!

 

Pool fun is always nice
