“Eat more plants”-There’s a long list of phytonutrients and other good stuff in vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds that you can’t get any other way.  Put plants at the center of your plate for as many meals and snacks as you can.

 

WOD:    For time:

100 Broad jumps for max total distance

                100 Reverse Lunges

                50 Pull ups

                50 Squats

                100 Sit ups
