“Ask for what you want”-If you want extra this, none of that, something on the side, X in place of Y, broiled instead of fried, and everything prepared just so-say so.  Being picky about what you put in your body is nothing to be ashamed of.  Picky eaters unite!

 

WOD:    5 Rounds for time of:

                10 Hand release Push ups

                10 Jump Squats

                10 GHD Sit ups

                10 SDHP #60/40 Sandbag

                Run 100 m with Sandbag

Quick word on the 9 Week Challenge Folks.  Bring in your Food Logs for review.  Only one week to go, don’t get soft on yourselves.  Keep strong and make good choices.
