“Love what you’ve got”-Treat your body with respect and appreciation.  Focus on what it can do, not what it can’t.  Find something to celebrate, not something to criticize.

WOD:    For time complete:

                25 HSPU

                55 Box Jumps

                25 Back Ext.

                55 Pull ups

                25 Push ups       

                55 Knees to elbow

                25 Burpees
