“Be human”-Cut yourself a little slack now and then, and forgive yourself your unhealthy trespasses.  Learn what you can from them, and then move on.

 

WOD:    5 Rounds for time of:

                10 Hand release Push ups

                10 Jump Squats

                10 GHD Sit ups

                10 SDHP #60/40 Sandbag

                Run 100 m with Sandbag

This is a make-up WOD from last Sunday. 

 

Today marks the end of the 9 Week Challenge.  Please tidy up your journals, tally your points and bring them in for review.  Be ready to retest and celebrate a job well done.
