Add together for your total. The CrossFit Total Is the most accurate reflection of your functional strength capacity. We would like all of our athlete’s to have a CF total logged in their log books for progress tracking. This is one of the efforts repeated at specific times to test progress. For some, this was a retest and most saw significant improvements in strength. Great job! For those that missed today, please try to make up this WOD.
