Maintain a morning practice”-Take a few minutes each sunup to set your intentions, take a few breaths, read an inspiring passage and start the day on your own terms.  You may be shocked at the difference it makes.

 

WARM UP:         200m run with partner pvc pass

                                Sit ups with partner pvc pass

                                Dynamic movements

 

WOD A:                                “Cindy”

               

WOD B:                                “Murph”

 

WOD C:                                For time:

                                30 Pull ups

                                30 Wall Ball shots

                                200m run via 50m shuttles

                                20 Pull ups

                                20 Wall Ball shots

                                200m run via 50m shuttles

                                10 Pull ups

                                10 Wall Ball shots

                                200m run via 50m shuttles

 

Today was taster’s choice.  Cindy came back for those who missed Monday’s meet and greet.  And Murph dropped in on personal request from Muscles.  He’s deploying very soon and really wanted to shake hands with Murph before heading out.  Bianca thought Murph was handsome and decided to join Muscles in the fun.  Gabe and Angel tackled WOD C.  Everybody else wrestled Cindy for about 20 minutes.
