You guys did great on this nice long effort. The evening crew had an interesting run as they dodged lightning bolts and downpours. Pure CrossFit style!!! We want to send out a welcome to the newest team-member, Mike! He came in today with his son Shaun and knocked out the Intro WOD. Be sure to introduce yourselves.
