“Heal your relationships”-Mend fences, build bridges, forgive trespasses, grieve losses and let toxic grudges go.  Then move on.  Get help with this if you need to.

 

 

WOD:    AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

                3 HSPU

                6 Deadlifts 155/95

                12 box jumps 24/20

 

Since the Double Under Mastery Course is in full swing some of you may be getting sore feet/shins/ankles/calves.  Be sure to give them a little extra love.  Kick your feet up any chance you have to keep them above your heart for few minutes.  Ice any tender spots and really get after the “jerky” stuff. Any spots that feel sinewy or gross, use the torture ball and smooth out those tissues.  The ball really is amazing.
